#1 Thing I Did to Improve my Productivity + Free Day Planner

Hey babe, maybe you’re like me and you have a million to-do lists and it seems like there are never enough hours in the day to get everything done.


I am no stranger to having to-do lists for my to-do lists. But I felt like I was working all day but not moving the needle in the right direction. I knew there must be a way to improve my focus and productivity and get more things done in a day, right? After all, we have the same amount of hours in a day as Beyonce….

So here is what I did to make some serious progress with my work. I first started out by listing my top three.

What is your top three?

Well it is the three things you need to get done today in order to see some growth in your life or your business. Once I started creating my top three, I all of a sudden knew where to spend my time and energy.

Speaking of time..

When I write down my top three, I assign a time frame in which I have to complete the task. For example, one thing on my top three might be write 3 blog posts. I will then think about how long it takes me to create a blog post and I will assign a time limit for myself.

If we are using the example of writing three blog posts, I know it takes me about 25 min to complete, edit, and add photos to one blog post. Keeping that in mind, I look at my calendar and say to myself, “okay, you have 1 hr. 15 minutes (or from 1-2:15 pm to work on and complete three blog posts.”
